由于新冠疫情蔓延的影响，过去两届大赛都是在线上举办的，但今年将采取线上线下的混合大赛，有直接展示自己厨艺的地区预赛和可在世界各地申请参赛的线上预赛。
值得纪念的第十届日料世界挑战赛的主题是“高汤”。作为构成日本料理味道的根源“高汤”，请向世界展示灵活使用“高汤”的日本料理。
期待大家的踊跃参与。
